Our main focus is mainly on:

ACCOUNTING TEAM
Our dedicated accounting team is the driving force behind the financial operations of our trucking business. They work closely with site operations to provide valuable insights, maintain compliance, and support strategic decision-making. Whether it’s accounts payable, receivable, or cost analysis, our accounting professionals are committed to maintaining the financial health and integrity of our company. In the fast-paced trucking industry, our accounting team plays a key role in maintaining accuracy, optimizing costs, and supporting operational success. Together, we ensure that every mile driven is backed by strong financial integrity. Their motto is that Every driver needs to be paid correctly and on time, no matter what.

Angelina G., is our accounting Manager working for us since 2008. She Oversees all accounting functions, manages payments to vendors and suppliers, ensures proper documentation and timely processing of invoices and ensures compliance with company policy. She is also in charge for the company Financial Reporting, prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the company and yearly tax filing for the drivers.

Jelena M. is our Payroll Specialist and has been with us since 2018. She processes drivers payrolls and expense reimbursements to our drivers, tracks attendance, and ensures compliance with tax regulations. She also handles daily transactions, such as billing, payments and keeping track of all trucking expenses, sach as fuel, tolls, repairs and maintenance. She works closely with our dispatch department and drivers to make sure they are paid all the miles they drove and reimbursed for the expenses.

Vera R. is our Billing specialist that is part of our Accounting Team since 2022. She works closely with our dispatch department to make sure all freights are properly billed to our customers and all rates are as agreed on each specific contract. She also reviews all sipporing invoice documents, such as Bill of Ladings, unloading receipts, gate fees and ect. to make sure the correct invoice is created and we are reimbursed for all our freight expenses.

Natali N. is our Accounts Receivable Clerk, she tracks all incoming payments from customers and ensures timely collection of outstanding balances. She also works closely with billing to make sure all the invoices are timely processed and invoiced with the correct supporting documentation. She has worked for our company since 2021.
